Ashley Danenhower offers in office therapy to adult individuals, couples, and groups within Connecticut, under clinical supervision. While she has been working in the human services field for over twenty years, she is closing in on her journey to become independently licensed, as a clinical social worker. Ashley has completed her required clinical and supervision hours, but has yet to sit for her clinical social worker exam. Her niche is using, CBT, Equines, Reiki & Art in Therapy to further her adult (23 years old +) client’s personal growth.

Equine-Assisted Therapy & Learning Services Costs
Individuals /Therapy
This equine-assisted therapy / learning session helps build inner perspective using the social environment of the herd, and will help those who are ready to process anxiety, grief, and frustration that make you feel stuck.
Fees:
$180.00 for a 60 minute session
Individuals 23 years old +
Corporate Offices/ Group Work / Learning
This specific service uses equines to enhance your business, by creating a catalyst for development. This stand alone service can improve communication, and build the team environment your company needs to maintain success. This is a different opportunity for those wishing to raise the bar within their company's work environment. $595.00 for a 90 minute session
Couples Therapy
Just need a safe space to take a breather and gain new perspective? Or need a neutral space to process grief and frustration? These equine-assisted therapy sessions have several different packages available, please inquire for more information. Fees:
Couples: $225.00 per 60 minute session
Families 3-5 members: $250-375.00 per 60 minute session
Please know that An Inner Lens, LLC will be requiring a 50% deposit in order to secure a session with the horses.
Client must cancel outside of 24 hours of Equine Assisted session time to avoid late cancellation fee of $100.00 & Clients will be charged a missed appointment fee of $50 for all other psychotherapy services.
Clients who wish to schedule appointments must do so via this website (most efficient) or through adtherapist@aninnerlens.com at this time. All service agreements must be completed 48 hours prior to an appointment, or the requested appointment will be cancelled and you will be added to a waitlist.
Holistic Specific Sessions

Reiki Sessions can be added into your customized treatment plan with or without the holistic combination of sound, vibrational, herbal essences and light therapy for psychotherapy services. These sessions can help clarify and calm areas of mental health when ambiguity and anxiety are concerns. These services can also be used as separate services. These items are currently Self Pay Items.

This service can be an add on service to an equine-assisted, psychotherapy talk session, art in therapy session or as a stand alone session. Duration can be from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

I charge $1.50 per minute for Reiki Services. 15 minutes minimum 30 minutes maxium.

This service includes the use of sound healing with vibrational energy bed in conjunction with the Reiki Service. This holistic service is $2.50 per minute. 15 minutes minimum, 30 minutes maximum.

Group Work Sessions

Group Work sessions typically last 6 weeks, one session a week. Currently these are offered throughout the months of April through October. Group work includes equine-assisted sessions, art therapy and exploration through verbal processing. We need a minimum of 6 members, a maximum of 8 members. Sessions last 90-120 minutes each week.

Cost is $67 per member per 90 min session. Full payment must be made in advance for a closed group that lasts 6 weeks.
$67 x 6 = $402
Cost is $88 per member per 120 minute sessions. Full Payment is required in advance for a closed group that lasts 6 weeks.
$88 x 6 = $528
One Time Session for Group Learning cost is $500 for 100 minutes.
Open Group Work costs will depend on arrangement made in advance. This applies to women’s empowerment groups, teen social empowerment groups, and groups that are using the equine-assisted learning sessions. Please inquire with An Inner Lens, for more information.
